Choose THE LEGEND 2 when you want two coils and Bluetooth headphones in one kit. Choose DEUS II Full Remote for a lighter listed setup and more controls. Check the exact box and underwater-audio limits before buying.
This is a specification and package comparison, not a claim that one detector will always find deeper targets.

Choose THE LEGEND 2 when
You want both coil sizes and headphones in the box.
The package includes an 11-inch coil, a smaller 8×5.5-inch coil, and Bluetooth headphones. The detector weighs 2.6 lb / 1.2 kg with a coil and has five search modes and a 16 ft / 5 m water limit.
Main trade-off: Its listed detector weight is higher than the starting weight XP lists for DEUS II systems.
Amazon package shown: THE LEGEND 2 factory two-coil kit plus a retailer-added DetectoBag.
The Full Remote set has 12 factory programs, a separate waterproof remote, WS6 wireless audio, and one 11-inch coil. Listed systems start at 1.65 lb / 750 g.
Main trade-off: This package includes one coil. WS6 is rainproof, so underwater audio needs a different setup.
Use the ground, water plan, carried setup, and controller style to narrow the choice before opening today’s Amazon offer.
Ground and targets
Both are adjustable multi-frequency detectors. Choose from the published modes and coil sizes you will actually use; neither spec sheet proves a universal depth winner.
Water and audio
LEGEND 2 is rated to 16 ft / 5 m. DEUS II’s remote and coil are rated deeper, but its included WS6 is rainproof and underwater use needs the supplied antenna plus compatible audio.
Weight and controls
LEGEND 2 keeps the main controls together and includes two coils. DEUS II starts lighter and separates the waterproof remote from WS6 wireless audio.

What the rows mean: Choose THE LEGEND 2 when you want a smaller second coil and wireless headphones already in the package. Choose the DEUS II Full Remote package when you want a separate remote for settings, with WS6 included for wireless audio. The frequency counts do not prove that either detector will find deeper targets in your ground.

Original LEGEND and LEGEND 2 are not the same package.
The original THE LEGEND uses Standard, WHP (wireless-headphone package), and Pro Pack labels. THE LEGEND 2 is a different model generation with LD-series coils, a 6700 mAh battery, and a different factory package.

With DEUS II, choose the controller before the coil.
Full Remote packages include the separate waterproof remote, so WS6 is not your only controller. WS6 Master puts detector settings and wireless audio in WS6 and omits that separate remote.

What “sold separately” means
Three checks stop an accessory from becoming an expensive surprise.
Return to the package choices and check the exact box name before opening a shop page.
1
Headphones can be optional.
“Without wireless headphones” can still be a complete detector. Confirm the official package contents.
2
WS6 Master is complete.
WS6 is the controller; the separate DEUS II remote is the item that is not included.
3
A component is not a package.
A coil, remote, or headset sold alone is an accessory. Check the exact model generation and contents.
Package FAQ
Check the box before checkout.
Use these questions to stop a correct model name from becoming the wrong package.
Is THE LEGEND 2 the same as THE LEGEND Pro Pack?
No. They use different coil families. THE LEGEND 2 includes LD28 and LD21 coils. The current original Pro Pack lists LG30 and LG15 coils; older stock may use a different main coil.
Does DEUS II WS6 Master work without the separate remote?
Yes. In a WS6 Master package, the WS6 module controls the coil and detector settings. The package is designed to work without the separate DEUS II remote.
Which package includes two coils?
THE LEGEND 2 package includes an 11-inch LD28 coil and a smaller 8×5.5-inch LD21 coil. The DEUS II Full Remote + WS6 package shown here includes one 11-inch FMF coil.
Can the included wireless headphones go underwater?
Do not assume that. XP describes WS6 as rainproof and lists the optional BH-01 as its waterproof underwater-audio choice. For Nokta, check the current manufacturer-approved audio option before submerging.
How do I avoid ordering the wrong package?
Match the full package name and coil sizes. Then confirm the controller and headphones in the box. If an older package is hard to find, use the available same-brand alternative shown beside it.
